After 40 Years producing audio newspapers for the visually impaired
we are about to be made homeless.
Bournemouth Council
are disposing of the land
at 528 Wimborne Road
Winton, on which our studio stands.
We are a small charity, but we spent £11,500
turning this old summer house into our studio,
believing we had a renewable 10 year lease.
Now Bournemouth Council
are Throwing Us Out, with NO Compensation.
If you live in Bournemouth please contact your local councillors and ask them
to put pressure on The Council to find us alternative accommodation.
Or can you think of somewhere in Bournemouth, Poole or Wimborne
which could be our new home? Here is what we need:
A quiet office type room, which we can secure when not in use,
with at least 16 square metres/170 square feet of floor space.
We need to have sole use because our equipment is too fragile to pack away and too valuable to leave unsecured.
