Gordon Simpson was a B.W.T.N. listener for many years and also gave us many generous donations.
When he died, in 2024 at the age of 100, our Secretary and Treasurer attended his funeral where they heard that he had left an autobiography in the form of a diary.
His family kindly gave us a copy with permission to read it in our magazine section.
Our Chairman has abridged it into 16 episodes and four of us, ably assisted by our recording engineer, read and recorded it.
